Isabelle Caro, the French model who starred in a notorious anti-anorexia campaign shot by Oliviero Toscani, has died at age 28, according to the Associated Press. We wrote about that campaign when it broke in 2007. Caro weighed just 68 pounds at the time, and had battled anorexia since age 13.
